A family with a property in Teton County, Montana, needs to hire a full -time, high end, Executive Housekeeper to oversee the general upkeep of the property’s homes/ structures. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning, regular upkeep & maintenance, overseeing additional seasonal housekeeping staff, seasonal organization, preparing the homes for the principals & guests, household errands, family laundry & care for fine linens, preparing & maintaining household schedules, and special projects that may arise. Must be hands on with a willingness to assist anywhere! The majority of this role will be maintaining the homes and keeping things organized and well prepared for any principal or guest arrival, with a much heavier workload and schedule when the property is occupied. This is a year-round working ranch; however, the family is typically only in residence about 10 weeks a year, including the summer season. There are many animals on the property so must be comfortable with this. Typical schedule is 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday with flexibility. Salary range: 70-78K with benefits . Early January 2026 start!
