A family of four, in West Palm Beach, needs to hire a detail-oriented Part-Time Household Assistant. Responsibilities include: laundry and ironing, general clean-up and tidying/organization, preparing snacks and simple dinners, possibly driving children to scheduled activities (not a requirement but can be discussed), and overseeing occasional service providers such as maintenance or appliance professionals, including notifying homeowners of any issues and light clean-up after visits if needed. The family employs a separate housekeeper for deep and traditional cleaning, so this role is centered more on daily upkeep, laundry and ironing, tidying, and general household maintenance and organization rather than on heavy cleaning. The ideal candidate is formally trained or highly experienced with laundry and garment care, able to follow instructions while also being proactive in noticing low supplies or minor maintenance concerns. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential. Mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided when using a personal vehicle for work duties. The schedule is flexible: either Monday–Friday from 2pm–7pm, or three days from 11am–7pm. Candidates who opt for the three-day schedule should expect a heavier emphasis on housekeeping, organization projects, and deeper tidying during the earlier hours (the 11am – 2pm timeframe).   Salary range: $40–$45/hour with a healthcare stipend.
