A Midtown asset management firm needs to hire a detail oriented Office Manager. Responsibilities include: greeting guests, handling basic administrative tasks such as phone calls, email correspondence, basic HR duties, tracking office inventory and expenses, liaising with vendors, overseeing equipment and supply orders and maintenance, making sure the fridge is stocked, ordering lunches, managing ingoing/ outgoing mail, interfacing with the firm’s payables department, coordinating schedules and managing executive’s calendar, as well as any special tasks that may arise. Applicants should have previous experience working in an office environment and operate at a high level of proficiency, be tech savvy and familiar with top operating systems, have strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, a team player, and a great multi-tasker with keen attention to detail. Salary range: 75-120K, depending on experience, plus benefits. Early January 2026 start!
