A Midtown asset management firm needs to hire a detail oriented Office Manager. Responsibilities include: handling basic administrative tasks such as phone inquiries, email correspondence, filing, basic HR duties, tracking office inventory and expenses, liaising with vendors, overseeing equipment and supply orders and maintenance, grocery shopping and food orders, managing ingoing/ outgoing mail, interfacing with the firm bill’s paying coordinating schedules and managing executive’s calendar, as well as any special tasks that may arise. Applicants should have previous experience working in an office environment and operate at a high level of proficiency, be tech savvy and familiar with top operating systems, have strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, a team player, and a great multi-tasker with keen attention to detail. While the role is midtown based, all candidates to work in Greenwich, CT, at least part time, during the summers. Salary range: 75-120K, depending on experience, plus benefits. Immediate start.
