A busy couple, in Los Angeles, CA, needs to hire an experienced House Manager/Personal Assistant who can take charge of the running and management of their 4,600 sq. ft. home. Responsibilities include: scheduling repairs, supervising the family’s housekeeper, liaising with contractors (pool maintenance, landscapers, art handlers, etc.), procuring household supplies, doing online research, light handyman duties, assisting with pet care as needed, running errands, personal shopping and any other ad-hoc duties that pop up in the course of the day. Excellent computer skills are a must, including Excel. The ideal candidate must be a service-oriented and personable individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a “no task is too small or too big” mentality. Must have the ability to work without supervision and meet the Principals’ expectations in a timely and professional manner. Schedule is: 35-40 per week from Monday-Friday, with flexibility.
