A family in the West Village, needs to hire an experienced Property Manager/Personal Assistant. The family is in the process of renovating a townhouse and the Property Manger will be overseeing the renovation process including: daily supervision of a all contractors and sub-contractors, vendor selectin as needed, liaison with decorators, overseeing of relocation process (sourcing movers, arranging the furniture and belongings per the family’s wishes etc.). When the move is completed with position evolves into a Personal Assistant role with responsibilities that include: staff scheduling, daily house management (walk throughs, supervision of housekeeping staff), internet purchasing and research, reservations, travel arrangements, party planning etc. Salary range: 90-100k + a health care stipend.
