A family, in Salt Lake City, needs to hire an experienced, live out Household Manager to oversee daily operations at their primary residence. Responsibilities include: staff management – scheduling, turning in weekly time cards, performance reviews etc., vendor management, property management – conducting weekly property inspections, overseeing maintenance and repair of all household systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, technology, appliances, etc.). and maintaining household inventory lists and work with staff to make sure all items are stocked, event coordination, household errands as needed. Driving the principals and/or the children as needed. All candidates must have prior house management experience, be extremely tech savvy (Apple products, Google suite, Zoom, QuickBooks), be okay working in a home with cats and reptiles. Schedule is M-F 8am -5pn (with a break during the day). Salary range: 90-100k. Immediate start.
