A family, in Stanfordville, NY, needs to hire a highly experienced Domestic Couple (Property Manager and Head Housekeeper) who will take charge of the upkeep and management of their large estate. The Property Manager will be responsible for hands-on maintenance of the vehicles, barn animals, surrounding grounds and several structures in tandem with the family’s onsite caretaker and landscaper, and seasonal contractors. The Head Housekeeper, who will be assisted by a full-time housekeeper, will be in charge of the daily operations of the houses, maintaining their cleanliness, organizing storage areas, laundry and ironing, replenishing supplies, receiving guests, and other ad-hoc duties. The ideal candidates must be discreet, tech-savvy and well-spoken. The schedule is 50-60 hours, 5 days a week with 2 weekdays off. Salary range: $200-250k and benefits.
