A couple, in Albemarle County, VA, needs to hire a Full-Time, Live-in or Live-out Housekeeper/Cook to help care for their Large Estate. Responsibilities include: daily housekeeping of main and guest residences, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, managing all food and beverage shopping, preparing meals 2-3 times per week, maintaining inventory and ensuring the kitchen supplies are well-stocked, laundry and ironing, preparing the guest houses for visitors when required, and running miscellaneous errands as needed. The person does not need to be a professionally trained chef, but should have a solid repertoire of menus and be able to follow a recipes. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license. The family prefers non-smokers and animal lovers! The schedule is Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility to work more hours when the family is in the residence. Live-in accommodations will be provided if needed (separate cottage for a single individual). Live-out applicants must live nearby. Salary range: $90 – $110K plus full 100% employer paid benefits.
