Position: Estate Manager, Full Time
Location: Live-out, Long Island, Manhattan, New York, Rockland County

Seeking an experienced Estate Manager to support an on-the-go family with multiple children, properties, and a full staff.  This role is based in downtown Manhattan with travel to the Rockland residence 1-2 days per week.  The Estate Manager (EM) will be responsible for managing the household team, vendors, estate administration, and special projects as needed.  The EM will source, schedule, and supervise all personnel. The EM will also assist with the management of construction, renovation, and design projects as well as with property maintenance schedules, vehicles, and watercrafts.  There is frequent coordination and collaboration with the Property Manager, Personal Assistant, and other staff members.  The schedule is typically Monday – Friday 8AM – 6PM with 24/7 availability for urgent matters.  Responsive communication is paramount.

Qualified candidates will have excellent organizational, follow-up, interpersonal, and communication skills along with similar previous experience.  While this is a professional role with significant responsibility and accountability, this is a family-friendly and family-first environment.  Those with a positive outlook, even-keel, team spirit, and easy demeanor would be best-suited for this long-term opportunity.  Will also consider strong House Manager types who can grow into the role.  Compensation: $150K – $200K plus reimbursement for health insurance and paid time off, DOE.  Please send your resume and salary requirements for consideration!
