Seeking an experienced Private Chef to serve two Manhattan based (related) families with multiple children and properties. The Chef will work at the downtown residence 3 days per week and the UES residence 2 days per week. The families are the same size and have very similar culinary needs which focuses on healthy, clean, and seasonal eating. The Chef will plan and prepare age-appropriate meals, provision all ingredients, maintain a clean kitchen and pantry, and execute occasional private parties. Qualified candidates will have extensive shopping farmer’s markets, preparing vegetable-forward meals, and working with gluten-free clients. The schedule is Monday- Friday during the school-year and is Wednesday – Sunday during the summer months when traveling to the Hamptons and Connecticut. Must drive, must be legally authorized to work in the US, and must have excellent professional references. Compensation: $100K – $120K.
