A family of three, in Hudson Yards, needs to hire a full-time Nanny to help care for their toddler. Responsibilities include all childcare-related duties: preparing healthy meals and snacks, assisting with naps, taking the child to/from activities, caring for the child’s room, doing the child’s laundry, and light housekeeping related to the child. Candidates preferably have a degree in child pedagogy, child development or similar. They must have perfect English. Candidates must have experience working with infants and toddlers for at least five years and believe in open communication with parents. They must be energetic and able to keep up with an active child. The ideal individual will be creative (especially during play times – mind and soul feeding games), educated, fun, and savvy. They must work well with hands-on working parents. The family’s home is fragrance-free. Light domestic and international travel is a huge plus. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5/6 pm. Salary is $35 – $40/hour plus benefits. September start.
