A prominent multi-media artist, in Greenwich Village, needs to hire an experienced Personal Assistant/Office Manager. Responsibilities include: Handling all phone inquiries, email correspondence, maintaining electronic and hardcopy files, tracking expenses and liaising with vendors, overseeing equipment and supplies orders and maintenance, managing ingoing/outgoing mail, coordinating schedules and managing the studio calendar, managing travel (business and personal). Qualifications: Previous experience working in an office environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, great multi-tasker with keen attention to detail and a team player. Ideal candidates will be fluent on Mac platform and in MS Office and have some familiarity with FileMaker Pro, HTML, QuickBooks, Photoshop and InDesign. Schedule is – Monday – Friday, 9am- 5pm or 10am-6pm. Salary range: $140-150k. + medical insurance. Immediate start.
