An investment company, in Midtown Manhattan, need to hire n experienced Personal Assistant. This PA will be supporting several senior executives fielding their personal requests. The PA will be partnering with the executive Admins to provide both professional and personal support. Responsibilities include: calendar management for the executives and their families – scheduling and confirming appointments (doctors, electricians plumbers etc.), interacting with childcare providers to coordinate activities, online shopping, restaurant reservations, arranging complex travel arrangements (commercials and private) and composing detailed itineraries and processing benefit claims reimbursements. All candidates must have at least 5-7 years of executive level experience, be detailed oriented, used to working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks, have excellent written and verbal skills and have expert knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Schedule is 9am – 6pm (flexibility is a must). Salary range: 125-150k + full corporate benefits. End of August start.
