Location: Manhattan, New York

Seeking an experienced Part-Time Houseman or Housekeeper to help maintain a townhouse in the West Village.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: cooking, meal service and clean-up, grocery shopping, errands, light laundry, and deep cleaning.  This person will also answer the door, receive packages, and track deliveries.  This is a formal home.  Team-spirit, proper etiquette, and respect for privacy required.  The schedule is: Wednesday- Friday approximately 3PM – 8/9PM and Saturdays 12PM – 5PM.  Salary: $40-$45/hour depending on experience.  The employer will guarantee up to 25 hours/week for the right candidate.
