A couple, in Denver, CO, needs to hire a Personal/Household Assistant to help their home and schedule run smoothly. Responsibilities include: scheduling appointments and maintaining the family’s calendar, mailing packages, booking travel, event planning, overseeing contractors and vendors, bill paying, scheduling vehicle maintenance, holiday planning/wrapping gifts, light cleaning between deep cleaning services, laundry, light meal prep, household organization, maintaining inventory, keeping a google doc for groceries etc., occasional pet care (groomers/vet), watering flowers and more. Weekly duties will vary based on season and the couple’s travel; many responsibilities will be monthly or annually. The schedule will be approximately 30 hours per week; working three days per week on site and two days a week handling administrative tasks remotely.
