A family, with multiple homes, needs to hire an experienced Personal Assistant/House Manager to manage their lifestyle properties (Westchester County, Massachusetts and Manhattan). Personal Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to: calendar management, travel coordination, document maintenance, expense and credit card reconciliation, bill paying, drafting correspondence, and handling personal purchases. Experience in Philanthropy is a big plus Strong household management skills are a must as the PA/HM will manage a domestic staff, coordinate and supervise vendors and project manage renovations and capital improvement projects. Some care for the family’s dog including feeding, watering and walking when at the residence. While some of the responsibilities can be accomplished remotely, the PA/HM will be required to spend a substantial amount of time on-site to ensure standards. Must also be flexible to travel to multiple homes (open-close) and oversee caretakers at each property. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Must drive. Salary range: $150-$200k plus health insurance. Immediate start.
