A busy Entrepreneur needs to hire a detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across multiple properties and business interests (NYC, Hamptons, South Florida).. Responsibilities include: full-scope administrative and personal support such as vendor management (and similar Chief of Staff duties like sourcing service providers), bookkeeping oversight, tracking property-related bills and utilities, receipt management, and payment processing. This person will spearhead special projects including the launch of a new website, assist with hiring and coordinating IT support, and provide operational assistance. Record keeping will be critical — including organizing and maintaining detailed medical logs, tracking prescriptions, coordinating with doctors and pharmacies, scheduling and following up on medical appointments, and ensuring all information is centralized and accessible. Additional duties may include occasional event planning, personal appointments, or travel coordination, though this type of support is not at the forefront of the role. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity for a career professional who is polished, well-spoken, and an excellent communicator with impeccable verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will be discreet, proactive, and capable of managing an “unlimited” flow of work with sound judgment and strong organizational systems. This is remote role with flexibility, generally Monday–Friday from 9am – 6pm ET with some flexibility required. Principal is looking to invest in someone truly exceptional — a long-term partner who can bring clarity, structure, and ownership to both personal and business affairs. Salary range: 125-150K with benefits and a substantial, contracted, increase/ bonus after the first year of employment. Immediate start.
