A busy individual, in Encino, CA., needs to hire a service-oriented Household Manager. Responsibilities include: overseeing the general operation of the home, ensuring it is well-maintained and organized, staff supervision: managing and supervising household staff, including housekeepers and maintenance personnel – hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations, maintenance coordination: scheduling and overseeing regular maintenance and repairs and coordinating with contractors and service providers to ensure high standards of work, event planning: organizing and coordinating family events, parties, and gatherings, including managing logistics such as catering and guest lists, inventory management: maintaining an inventory of household supplies and groceries, ensuring that necessary items are stocked and available. This individual will act as the primary point of contact for household-related inquiries, facilitating communication between family members and service providers. Must have previous experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently. Must be willing to to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed The role may require a degree of flexibility in working hours to accommodate the needs of the household. Technical Skills necessary: Crestron, smart home devices, Apple computer, iPhone, and Google Calendar. coordinating travel – arrange, unpack, and pack the suitcase. Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am–5:30pm) with flexibility for emergency concerns after hours and weekends. Salary: $60-80 an hour with benefits. Immediate hire start.
