Position: Full Time, Housekeeper, Laundress, Laundress/Housekeeper
Location: Live-out, Manhattan, New York
A couple, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a professional Housekeeper to help care for their townhouse. Responsibilities include: detailed housekeeping and daily maintenance, weekly changing of linens, monitoring and reporting necessary domestic repairs and replacements,, answering the door and receiving packages, helping supervise workers in the house, i.e. the gardener, the exterminator, handymen, etc., laundry and ironing of sheets, check and keeping a list of needed groceries and supplies and household errands. Knowledge and experience in the of care of high-end floors, furniture, linens is a must. Salary range: $35-$45 per hour plus a monthly health insurance stipend after a probationary period.
