A family of five, on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, is seeking an educated afternoon nanny/ family assistant to support in the care of three school age children. Responsibilities include school pick up, taking to afternoon activities, homework help, some household ordering, including school and clothing shopping for children, helping with dinner time & evening routines, and assisting with some late coverage when parents go out. The right fit will be fun, engaging, active, have a relatability to younger children, have experience working in NYC and be city savvy and will ideally have a background in education and/or a related degree, though a college degree is a must. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 2:45 – 7pm. Salary $45-55/hr. Immediate hire.
