A formal household, in Southampton, needs to hire an experienced House Manager to oversee the seamless operation of their home. Responsibilities include: household oversight and staff supervision, vendor & property management, event and guest hospitality, calendar management, tracking inventory, household purchasing, budgeting, and tackling any special tasks that may arise. This is a live-out position that requires a hands-on leadership with a refined service mentality and someone who can effectively manage day-to-day household functions, supervise and support staff, and consistently anticipate the evolving needs of the family. The schedule is a standard 40 hours/week during the winter season but heavier during the spring and summer season, requiring flexibility. Salary range: $125K – $150K plus benefits.
