A busy family, in the DC Metro area, needs to hire an experienced Full Time Live out Household Manager/Family Assistant with a strong financial background. This candidate will work to support an active family both professionally and personally. Responsibilities include: but are not limited to: budgeting including Household Budgeting, bill payments, financial planning, staff management: interviewing, hiring household staff – acting as an HR manager dealing with any issues that may arise with staff, scheduling, vendor and service provider management, extensive calendar management, travel coordination, project-based event coordination, high volume e-mail/phone communication, document and records maintenance, file reconciliation, and meeting preparation. This candidate will act as a gatekeeper, administrator, household manager and family assistant. Other duties might include: meal order, errands, residential support, and wardrobe management (pack/unpack for travel), and other ad hoc duties.
