An investment company, with locations around the globe, needs to hire two experienced Personal Assistants based in either the NYC or Greenwich, CT area. These PAs will be supporting several senior leaders across the firm, as well as their families. Personal Assistants will be partnering with the executive admin/ assistants to provide comprehensive professional and personal support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: calendar management for the executives and their families – scheduling and confirming appointments (doctors, household vendors, deliveries, etc.), interacting with childcare providers to coordinate activities, online shopping, restaurant reservations, handling complex travel arrangements (commercial & private), composing detailed itineraries, processing benefit claims reimbursements, and handling special tasks and projects as they arise. All candidates must have a B.A. and have at least 5 years of personal assistant experience, be detailed oriented, proactive, polished, have excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to work solo and on a team in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiples tasks. Should be tech savvy with general knowledge of basic operating systems of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Schedule is typically hybrid (remote & in office) Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, though a “24/7 mindset” is required in the off-chance an emergency arises.
