Sophisticated Long Island employer seeks a skilled, Live-in Private Chef or Gourmet Cook . Qualified candidates will excel in Classic French cooking and will have experience entertaining for groups up to 15. Duties include menu planning, provisioning, meal execution, food and pantry inventory and detailed kitchen clean-up. The position requires the ability to drive in suburban settings for grocery shopping. There is no other driving required since the residence is staffed with a Houseman. Willingness to assist with other domestic duties is a big plus. The schedule is 5 Days/week. Days off are during the week (preferred split days off but open for the right candidate). Excellent accommodations are provided for this live-in opportunity. Immediate hire. $75K – $100K.
