Position: Executive Assistant, Property Manager
Location: Live-out, Manhattan

A family office, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire an Executive Assistant/Property Manager.  Primary responsibilities include: organizing the administration, filing, systems and structure of the family office; administrative duties, including – phone coverage, meeting and calendar management, travel and expense records, travel arrangements (domestic and international, including hotel and car services); property management, including – reviewing leases and dealing with tenant relationships, developing websites for those properties, manage renovation and construction projects; create Excel and PowerPoint presentations of monthly reporting; review insurance policies; personal shopping and errands for the Principals; management of cards and correspondence for the family. All candidates must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed. The Executive Assistant’s schedule must be flexible to meet the family’s needs. Discretion is a must. Immediate start.
