An individual on the North Shore of Long Island needs to hire a live-in Housekeeper. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning and daily upkeep, laundry and ironing, light meal prep, occasionally assisting with events and entertaining, setting the table and serving (though additional help is usually hired for events as well), handling household shopping, and running errands as needed. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be COVID vaccinated and should have no problem getting around a large property or going up and down stairs while carrying cleaning products or equipment. The principal also employs a part-time housekeeper who assists with deep cleaning the home. Happy to offer 5-day or full-time (7-day) live-in accommodations, though the use of a car is only offered for work hours. Private bed and bath offered, as well as a very competitive benefits package. Schedule will need to be a flexible 5 days, typically Monday to Friday (unless entertaining), from 8:30am to 6:30pm.
