A gentlelady, on the North Shore of Long Island, needs to hire a skilled, Live-in Gourmet Cook with experience preparing vegetarian and vegan meals in semi-formal environments. Qualified candidates will also will have experience entertaining for groups up to 15. Duties include: menu planning, provisioning, meal execution, food and pantry inventory and detailed kitchen clean-up. This position also requires assistance with general housekeeping duties, answering doors, setting tables, greeting guests, and assisting with other odds and ends. Must drive to grocery shop and run errands. The schedule is 5 Days/week. Days off are during the week (preferred split days off but open for the right candidate).
