A family of six, in Manhattan Beach, CA,  needs to hire a  Part-Time Housekeeper/Cook to help maintain their home and prepare simple, healthy family meals. Responsibilities include: general household upkeep and organization, weekly deep cleaning, making beds, changing linens, family laundry, light ironing and preparing simple, healthy, and balanced family meals. The ideal candidate is confident in handling both housekeeping and straightforward family cooking. The family has four school-aged children, and while primary responsibilities are household-focused, someone who is comfortable providing light supervision when the children are home in the afternoons is strongly preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday with 25 hours guaranteed per week. The family prefers schedule coverage from either 1–6pm or 7am–12pm. There may be some flexibility to offer additional hours for an excellent candidate seeking a larger schedule. Salary range: $40–50/hr. Immediate start.
