A family of four, with homes on the Upper East Side and the Hamptons, needs to hire an educated full-time career Nanny to partner alongside a stay-at-home parent caring for two early elementary-aged children. Responsibilities include: supporting homework and educational development, planning enriching activities, preparing simple meals/snacks for the children, maintaining child-related organization/ upkeep, children’s laundry, and collaborating closely with the hands-on parent. Candidates with infant experience are strongly preferred, as the family may grow in the future. The role is primarily live-out in Manhattan, though the Nanny must be able to transition to a live-in arrangement at the family’s Hamptons home during the summer months. The ideal candidate must be comfortable swimming, and be up to date on vaccinations.  Driving is a plus, but not required. The family is looking for an educated, developmentally savvy professional who approaches childcare with a true teaching mindset and is passionate about supporting children’s academic, emotional, and social growth. Schedule is Monday through Friday from approximately 7:15/7:30am – 6/6:30pm. Salary range:  $35–$40/hour plus a health insurance contribution depending on experience. Immediate start!
