The Founder & CEO of a rapidly growing national company is seeking an exceptionally polished, proactive, and highly organized Chief of Staff / Executive & Family Office Operations Lead to serve as a trusted right hand across both professional and personal operations. Primary responsibilities include: managing an active and ever-changing executive calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, speaking engagements, and executive priorities, serving as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, organizing follow-up items, deadlines, strategic priorities, coordinating logistics for leadership meetings, board meetings, and events, and helping prioritize communications while safeguarding the executive’s time and focus. The role will also heavily support family office and personal operations, including coordinating with attorneys, accountants, wealth advisors, bankers, insurance professionals, and other outside advisors, assisting with personal business administration, calendar management and scheduling, financial organization, document management, and recordkeeping, overseeing numerous LLCs and bill pay coordination, expense tracking, banking support, reconciliation assistance, insurance renewals, claims coordination, running errands, coordinating with family members and additional staff, and handling any special projects as they arise. This individual will act as a true gatekeeper and extension of the principal, helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This is a highly involved role for a discreet, resourceful professional who thrives managing complex logistics, protecting executive time, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both corporate and personal environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, entrepreneur, family office, or UHNW principal and must possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience within family office environments, executive operations, private equity/financial services support, or UHNW household management is strongly preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 9am–5pm, with flexibility required as needed to ensure priorities are handled. The role is based out of the principal’s office in Mount Laurel, NJ, with very light travel. Salary: $150,000 + annually and plus full benefits (health, dental, vision, and 401(k)). Immediate hire.
