A couple, in Bryn Mawr, PA, needs to hire a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/House Manager to support their daily schedules and oversee the smooth operation of their home. Responsibilities include: managing calendars, coordinating appointments, liaising with vendors and household staff, personal shopping, managing documents, tracking household spending, household errands, overseeing the needs of their dogs, scheduling household repairs and ensuring the home remains well-maintained and stocked. The role also involves overseeing the occasional needs in their secondary residences and vendors needed to maintain these properties. There are also three preteen/teens in the home. Caring for their children is not required, but coordination with their Nanny to keep the household schedule accurate is needed. Candidates must work seamlessly with current Housekeeper and Nanny to ensure smooth operations and coordination of schedules. The ideal candidate is discreet, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities with ease while anticipating needs before they arise. The Personal Assistant/House Manager is able to work out of the home most days, with some days being able to work offsite if in-person presence is not necessary. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm with some flexibility for occasional evenings and weekend hours. Salary range: $100-150k yr. Immediate start.
