A couple, with a formal estate in Palm Beach, is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the home and property. Responsibilities include: proactively addressing household needs, maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and hospitality, overseeing indoor and outdoor staff, oversee security measures on the estate, creating schedules delegating tasks for two Housekeepers, overseeing vendors, preparing home for guests, maintain a professional and service-oriented mindset, event planning and coordination as needed, maintaining vehicles, daily inspections, minor household repairs, coordinating with contractors, errands, oversight and maintenance of household budgeting and more. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules. Must be a self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the estate and address issues before they arise. Must have proven experience as a House Manager or similar role, preferably in a large estate. This role requires a strong knowledge of HNW lifestyles as well as all household divisions from housekeeping to hospitality to operations. The schedule is primarily Monday – Friday, averaging 45-50 hours/week, with flexibility to work weekends as needed. Compensation: $120K – $145K plus benefits, DOE. Immediate start.
