Position: Full Time, Personal Assistant
Location: Live-out, Manhattan, New York

A formal employer with an active lifestyle is seeking a highly professional, experienced Personal Assistant.  The PA will manage complex calendars, field phone calls, coordinate travel, draft e-mail correspondence, manage electronic files, research special projects, plan events, and liaise with family office and domestic team members.  This is a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to prioritize and multi-task while also paying attention to details such as grammar, time zones, individual preferences, and confidentiality.  Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), administrative, and technology skills (MS Office Suite, iOS, Zoom, DocuSign) a must.  The schedule is primarily Monday – Friday with occasional weekend flexibility.  Remote availability and 24/7 mentality expected.  This is a salaried role ($125K – $175K) with benefits, DOE.
