A gentlelady, with homes in Sharon, CT and NYC, needs to hire a highly flexible and service oriented individual who can assist her with the management of her 11,000 sq. ft. home and surrounding grounds. Responsibilities include: some grounds keeping, shopping for supplies, maintaining vehicles, driving the principal, overseeing the landscape crew, and ensuring the safety of the property. The ideal candidate must be able to plan and prioritize a wide range of property management duties quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and an impeccable driving record in order to transport her to/from the city and various other appointments. All candidates must work harmoniously with her housekeeper and service providers. Housing will be provided: two-bedroom guesthouse (the person will be expected to sleep at the main house whenever asked). Schedule is: 40-50 hours, 5-6 days per week depending on the principal’s schedule (days off will fluctuate). Salary range: $110-120k and medical stipend. Immediate start.
