A busy CEO needs to hire a Spanish speaking seasoned Personal and Executive Assistant. This position’s will be split as 60% Personal Assistant and 40% Executive Assistant and duties include: acting as a “gatekeeper,” scheduling & heavy calendar management (for personal & professional needs, including for family), handling communications (email, phones, etc.), producing compliance records, liaising with various doctor’s offices & medical facilities, keeping the Principal on-task, running errands, drafting slides, documents & meeting notes, managing contacts and ad hoc tasks and special projects as they arise. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 4 years of experience as a PA/EA to a high-level individual, be tech savvy (including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite), be able to multitask and have strong communication & interpersonal skills. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm but does require flexibility to some evenings or the handling emergency tasks over the weekend. Salary range: 80-100K with benefits.
