Nanny D is an extremely silly and creative nanny! Born and raised in sunny California alongside 4 younger siblings, she has a natural tendency towards caregiving. She is also a professional artist, holding 2 art degrees. She runs a small textile business and teaches printmaking to adults in her free time. So, yes, there will be lots and lots of art projects!
Nanny D has worked with 3 main families in the past 14 years, each of whom she considers a dear 2nd family. From newborns, to infant twins, from toddlers to sassy pre-teens, she has seen it all, heard it all, and driven the carpool. She is used to working with multiple kids at a time, has potty trained more toddlers than she’d like to admit, and baked approximately 7,000 batches of chocolate chip cookies with her kids. She is also extremely tidy and organized, responsible, and one of the most careful people you will ever meet (accidents are rare on her watch). She is CPR certified, adaptable, has traveled with all three of her families, and can put a positive spin on almost anything. She hopes to find a fun loving and sweet family to help out, one who will appreciate her humor and upbeat personality, over the weekends!
