I have worked for UHNW families in: UK/ Europe/ Russia and USA as a Governess/ Nanny and a Home school teacher. I have also worked as a Kindergarten teacher in a private school in Romania. I hold three university degrees: a BA in Philosophy, an MSc in International development (for which I received an academic scholarship) and a Postgraduate certificate in Education. My prior experience of working as a Kindergarten teacher and a home school teacher (alongside my Postgraduate certificate in Education) has enabled me to gain a secure and solid understanding of children’s development. I work to find fun creative ways to inspire and teach English and to develop the children’s skills in Math, Science and the world around them. My responsibilities have primarily centered on preparing short lessons and activities in all key subject areas as well as more general indoor and outdoor arts and crafts, role-play and sports activities. I find it hugely rewarding to teach and nurture young children. I can motivate children to take a delight in becoming confident learners and can assess levels of understanding in all key areas. I adapt my teaching to successfully facilitate learning. I differentiate by ability and interest in order to personalize my teaching. I aim to create a warm, stimulating learning environment in which children thrive, fulfil their potential and develop independence.
