Nanny T was referred to Pavillion by her former client who is currently in the process of relocating. She comes to us with almost 12 years of experience working with children from newborns to preteens. She is responsible, warm, organized, and can thrive in a faced pace or slower paced household. She specializes in actively promoting individual developmental techniques for her charges. She is passionate about helping to create an environment that fosters self-esteem, trust and independence. She takes pride in working with the parents and understanding that parent time and their parenting philosophies trumps all else. She has experience with sleep training babies, transitioning children from the crib to a bed, and potty training She is Able to assist with educational development: homework, reading, writing, etc. She holds a Valid passport and driver’s license, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certified. and will be vaccinated for Covid 19.
