An active family of six, in the West Village, needs to hire an active and organized Nanny/Manny to help their home run smoothly. Responsibilities include: caring for four children ranging in age from toddler to teen, preparing healthy meals and snacks for children after school, assisting with homework, working closely with parents to manage the scheduling of varying activities, taking the children to and from extra-curricular activities, managing schedule/calendar for camps, providing occasional overnight care, occasionally traveling to Hamptons in the summer when needed, engaging in outdoor activities/sports etc.
The schedule during the school year will typically be Monday to Friday starting between 1-2pm until 8pm, but will require flexibility in case children do not have school. The family will guarantee 40 hours. During the summer, candidates will work 40 hours with a flexible schedule based on the children’s camp/activity schedule. Candidates must be covid vaccinated, drive, have excellent English communication skills and be flexible with their time. Salary range: $35-45/hr. Immediate start.
