A formal estate, in Greenwich, needs to hire an energetic and intelligent Caretaker/Handyman to join their staff. Responsibilities include household repairs, daily maintenance and facilities trouble-shooting. Assistance with exterior duties such as general landscaping, power-washing, window cleaning and snow removal. This role reports to and works closely with the Property Manager. The schedule is typically Mon – Fri 8:30AM – 4:30PM with flexibility for weekends and overtime. Qualified candidates with have strong repairs skills with a basic knowledge of plumbing, electric and carpentry. In addition to requisite experience, candidates will have a mature, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, a clean appearance and a desire for a long-term role. Must be fully vaccinated and legally authorized to work in the US. Immediate hire!
