A full-time Property Maintenance/Caretaker is needed for an estate in McLean Virginia. The duties include general household maintenance; drywall repair, painting, minor carpentry and minor electrical repairs. The Property Maintenance/Caretaker will also be responsible for preventative care for the HVAC and plumbing systems and general grounds-keeping as required. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have a valid U.S driver’s license.
