A family of three, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire their first Nanny to help care for an infant and take over from the Babynurse.  Responsibilities include: helping an at home and involved Mom navigate sleeping schedules, introduction of foods, diaper changes, naps and cleaning and organizing the nursery. Additional duties include: errands and mail and package management.  The position is primarily in the City with 1-2 weeks travel in the summer out East and in the winter down south when the person will live in.  Must also love dogs. Must be able to work with Mom and also work independently.  Extensive infant experience is a must.  Hours are usually 8-6 weekdays requiring flexibility for some later evenings as well as occasional weekend work with notice.   Salary range: $40-$45 per hour base plus an OMNY Card and a monthly health insurance stipend.
