A formal couple, in Palm Beach, needs to hire an experienced Live-Out House Manager to oversee the operation of their winter residence and work seamlessly alongside a full-time Personal Assistant, a part-time Housekeeper, and various household service providers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, service-oriented, and experienced in managing the day-to-day operations of a private household with exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities include: scheduling and supervising outside vendors, ensuring all work is completed on time and to the highest standards, conducting daily property walkthroughs, running errands, managing mail and packages, keeping the home fully stocked with household provisions, and overseeing a fleet of vehicles. Additional duties include: assisting with the care of the family’s geriatric dog(s), supporting the principals’ extended family, including adult children as needed, and preparing the property for hurricane season. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and be comfortable overseeing household systems, including HVAC, smart home technology (Crestron), and general property maintenance. During the busy season (December-April), the schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility required as needed.
