A family, in the West Village, needs to hire a highly experienced House Manager/Personal Assistant to oversee the daily operations of a very active residence. The home hosts friends, guests, and dinner events approximately every two weeks except during the summer months, requiring someone who is proactive, polished, and highly detail-oriented. Responsibilities include: full household management, stocking and maintaining all household supplies, inventory oversight, coordinating and supervising contractors and vendors, managing repairs and home updates, ensuring the home is always guest ready, managing household staff ( chef, housekeepers), assisting with planning and execution of dinners and events, supporting guest relations, coordinating deliveries and household logistics, and handling general day to day household administration and ad-hoc requests. This candidate will oversee four homes and ideally move into a Chief of Staff role. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in high end private households or estate management, exceptional organizational and problem solving skills, able to truly take ownership of the role and have a a strong hospitality mindset, be a team player and have the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Schedule is Monday-Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Salary: $160k-$200k + benefits. Immediate start.
