Co-parents of two young children, living between two residences in TriBeCa, need to hire an experienced Part-Time Housekeeper/Nanny. Responsibilities include: daily housekeeping, tidying and household organization, resetting the kitchen each day, making beds, children’s laundry, light meal preparation, child support, and dog care. The children are in school during much of the day, with the youngest finishing around 12:00 PM and the oldest arriving home around 3:45 PM, allowing the earlier portion of the shift to focus primarily on household upkeep and organization before transitioning into childcare responsibilities later in the afternoon. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working between both residences, with the majority of hours based at the primary home. Schedule is approximately 30 hours per week, primarily Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. Salary range: $40–45/hour.
