Position: Full Time, Newborn Care Specialist (NCS)
Location: Colorado, Live-in

A family of five, in Littleton, CO, needs to hire an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to provide 24/7 live-in care and sleep support for their newborn. The family has two other children, ages 2 and 4. The family is looking for someone who can step in to provide guidance and care when needed, while also stepping back when the parents, particularly the first-time Mom, want to be more hands-on. Travel-ready family that enjoys time near the water as well as winters in Colorado and Utah, flexibility and willingness to travel are essential. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in sleep conditioning and postpartum doula care. Must have a Driver’s License and passport. Must be comfortable around water and a good swimmer. Salary range: $100-120k. February 2026 start.
