Position: Administrative Assistant, Full Time

A family office in Miami is seeking a talented & experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities and duties will be: office administration, monitoring and responding to emails, managing documents, booking appointments, answering phone calls, providing overall support to existing Executive Assistant and other team members as needed, managing special projects, liaising with vendors and household staff, and handling personal tasks with discretion and efficiency. A tech-savvy, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs is essential. Qualified candidates should have prior family office experience and be organized and proactive. Must drive. October start. Salary: 85,000-90,000 plus benefits DOE.
