A family, with homes on the Upper East Side and in the Hamptons, needs to hire an experienced, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper/Laundress to join their household team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in formal households, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and work well as part of a fully staffed team. Primary responsibilities include: daily deep cleaning and maintenance of all living areas, walking and feeding their dog 1x per day, managing household inventories, coordinating supply orders, and providing support for household events and occasional service assistance and detailed laundry including sheets, towels and garments. The role also includes preparing the Hamptons home in advance of family visits, ensuring it is guest-ready and fully stocked. Over the summer months, walking the dog will increase to up to 3x per day, and feeding 2x per day. The candidate will report directly to the House Manager and will be expected to communicate clearly regarding household needs and scheduling. During the summer months—primarily August, with select times in June, July, and occasionally throughout the year—the Housekeeper will be required to live and work full-time at the family’s Southampton residence, supporting the family and their guests. All candidates must be flexible with scheduling when needed. Prior experience in similar high-end residences is required. Must love dogs. Salary range: $40–50/hr. plus benefits and a summer travel stipend. Immediate start.
