A family of five, with homes on the Upper West Side and in Upstate NY, needs to hire an experienced, full-time, live-in, Spanish-speaking Housekeeper/Laundress to care for their 5-story townhouse. Responsibilities include deep cleaning and daily maintenance, family laundry and ironing, household errands and shopping, and dealing with vendors and repair personnel. Additional duties include assisting with childcare (picking up a child from school, supervising children in the nanny’s absence), and helping to care for the family dog. There is travel to the family’s home Upstate and with them on family vacations. The family provides a separate room and bath with a kitchenette; candidates can live in it for 7 days if needed. The schedule is Monday – Friday. Salary range: $1,400-$1,500 per week. Immediate start.
