A family of three, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a live-out nanny to care for their school-aged child. Responsibilities include: school pick-up, transporting the child to and from activities, homework help, preparing dinner, assisting with the bedtime routine, the child’s laundry, and light housekeeping related to the child. The ideal candidate will be energetic and able to keep up with an active child. The typical schedule is from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. during the school year, with flexibility for extended hours when needed. When the child’s school is closed or during the summer months, the schedule will be 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Salary range: $30–$35 per hour. End of January start date.
